OUR COMPANY

IEI - ANCHOR PENSION MANAGERS LIMITED (IEI-Anchor) was incorporated as a limited liability company with RC no. 610587 in November 2004 as Anchor Pension Managers Limited and licensed by the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) to operate as a pension fund administrator. The company metamorphosed into IEI Anchor Pension Managers Limited in December 2008 with the acquisition of seventy percent equity by IEI Plc(International Energy Insurance) with the approval of the National Pension Commission (PENCOM). IEI-ANCHOR has an authorized share capital of Two Billion Naira (N2, 000,000,000:00) only with One Billion Naira (N1, 000,000,000.00) fully paid up.

IEI Plc emerged in june 2003 through acquisition of 70% of Global Assurance Co Ltd. The company has Authorized Capital of N8.5billion, paid up capital in excess of N2.75billion and Shareholders Funds in excess of N11billion.

IEI Insurance Plc, is a financial supermarket with the following subsidiaries; IEI Assets Ltd, IEI Mortgages Ltd, IEI Anchor Pension Managers Ltd, and equity in Sub-Urban Telecommunications Ltd.

Recent expansion has witnessed the-take off of IEI Ghana and further efforts are in the pipeline to spread to other emerging markets in Africa.
