SEN. (PROF.) JONATHAN SILAS ZWINGINA

Sen. (Prof) Jonathan Silas Zwingina is an accomplished academician, a seasoned administrator, a politician of note and businessman. He is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan where he obtained a Bachelors of science and a Masters Degree in Political Science in 1978 and 1982 respectively. He also obtained a UN Graduate Certificate from Geneva (1981), a Diploma in Journalism from the International Correspondence College,Sydney, Australia (1985) and later earned a Ph.D in politics from the Flinders University, Australia in 1987.

Prof. Zwingina worked with the College of Preliminary studies, Yola as a lecturer in politics. He served as Director and Chief Executive, Directorate for social Mobilization, office of the President in Gongola State (1987-1990) and Plateau State (1991-1992).He was later appointed National Coordinator,Hope 93 Campaign Organization (1992-1993), Honorable Commissioner for Health and later Water Resources and Rural Development (1994-1997) in Adamawa state. He was a member of several Boards including Gongola Broadcasting Corporation, Gongola Television Corporation and Gongola Press Limited in 1997, he became a full time businessman and politician, and was elected Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999-2007). From 2003-2007senator Zwingina was the Deputy Senate Minority Leader in the Upper chamber. He also served in several Senate Committees, Including Senate committee on Works and Housing (Chairman) and Senate committee on Information (Chairman).

He was a Member of Council, Association of Senates. Shoors and Equivalent councils in Africa and the Arab World as well as member of the ECOWAS Parliament. Prof. Zwingina was appointed Professor of international Relations by St. Clements University,London council in 2007. He has attended several professional courses both within and outside Nigeria, And several fellowships,awards, papers and publications to his credit.

Mr. OYEBANJI ALAGA (MD/CEO)

Mr. Oyebanji Alaga is the Managing Director/ CEO. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and University of Ibadan from where he bagged MBA M. Sc (Agricultural Economics) and B. Sc (Agricultural Economics) respectively.  He also holds a CFA level II result. His professional career of 18years started with Nucleus Ventures Nigeria Limited (a consulting and investment firm) as Project Analyst.

He started his banking career with Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited as a Commercial Officer, Acting Head, Commercial Banking Unit, Head of Naira Treasury and Assistant head of Treasury/Chief Dealer. He was, until his present appointment as Managing Director, IEI-Anchor Pension Managers Limited, Executive Director, IEI Assets Limited. His  work experience before joining IEI Assets Limited include Liberty Bank (Head of International Treasury), Marina International Bank (Treasury) and access Bank Plc. (Group Head, Remedial Assets Management (IBG).

IFIE M.P.SEKIBO

 Mr Sekibo, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants  of Nigeria and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is the Group Managing Director of the IEI Group. He attended the University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt where he obtained a Bsc (Hons) in Accountancy. He worked briefly with Elf Nigeria Ltd before joining Investment Banking and Trust Co. Ltd (1991-1997). He later joined Moni Pulo Ltd (Petroleum Development) in 1999 where he rose to the position of financial Controller and Head of Administration. He is a member of the Chartered institute of Bankers,Institute of Petroleum- London, Chartered Institute of Management and Institute of Director.

ANTHONY OBIYEZE MADOJEMU

Anthony Obiyeze Madojemu is the Group Executive Director (Non Insurance Business)of IEI Group. Before his appointment in February 2009, he served as the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of IEI Assets Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of International Energy Insurance Plc. He has over the last two decades while working with international firm and leading local financial institutions in Nigeria acquired varied experiences in general management, turn-around management, managing start-ups, project finance and management, auditing and investigation,corporate finance, credit risk analysis and management, SME financing amongst others. He is an Accounting graduate of university of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a member of the Institute of Director(IOD) and Institute of Certified Credit Administrators.

He began his professional career with Cooper and lybrand (Chartered Accountants ) now part of Price Water House Coopers,after which he worked with Commercial Bank(Credit Lyonnaise) as a Credit Analyst, Diamond Bank and Fidelity Bank. He also worked with City Express Bank (now part of UBA Plc) as a member of the turnaround team that was able to improve the fortune of the bank. His last responsibility at City Express Bank was as Regional Manager, Lagos and Western Region.

Mr Madojemu currently serves on the Board of all three subsidiaries in the IEI Group. He also serves on the boards of Suburban Telecoms, C&I Motors, Universal Oil Ltd. Channel Oil and Petroleum Ltd, as well as on the steering Committee of African Bio-fuel and Renewable Energy Fund (ABREF), an international bio-fuel and renewable energy fund set up by ECOWAS bank for Investment and development (EBID), based in Lome, Togo, solely for funding bio-fuel and renewable energy projects in Africa.

Mr Madojemu has attended various senior management development training programmes organized by both local and international institutions, including the prestigious Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School.
